The conference  is going to be held at the Euler Mathematical Institute 

on June 10 - 14, 2019.

This is the Fourth Russian-Indian meeting in probability and statistics. The first was held at the Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi, in 2015, the second was held at the Euler mathematical institute, St. Petersburg in 2016, and the third was held at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 2018.
